PROJECT BRIEF
- re-design and construct the existing apartment
- approach toward a resort-style atmosfere
- colour scheme, earth colour ( white, gray , light yellow and walnut colour
for the wood paneling and the furniture. )
- wood ceiling + panelling ( living area )
- flooring laminated timber flooring ( whole apartment )
- demolish and replace an exisiting tiles at the kitchen and dining
to make it blend with the colour scheme.
- using the existing things like the photo and blend it with the
new concept of the house.
- built in kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and the storage cabinet.

- re-design and construct an exisiting ceiling.
- separating the plaster ceiling accordingly within an area. ( living and dining )
- creating a false beam to make the plaster ceiling blend for the apartment.
- a bright yellow light swallow in the living area, create a cosy and relaxing mood.
