TURN OVER THE 42 K LOW COST APARTMENT ( PART 4 )

THE TURN OVER PROCESS...




This is the actual plan of the low cost apartment....
Total built area is 660SQFT.

WORKS DESCRIPTION

THE BLUE indicates the plastered ceiling and the cornice area.
THE BROWN indicates cabinet works - the kitchen and the wardrobe.
THE GREEN indicates one of the bedrooms that has been converted into the dining area...
THE YELLOW indicates the wall that has been demolished.

DEMOLISH WORKS
1. To demolish existing wall at the toilet and the bedroom 3.
2. To demolish existing floor and wall tiles at the kitchen area.
3. To demolish existing floor and wall tiles at the toilet.
4. To demolish existing window at the living area.

TILING WORKS
1. To supply and install new floor tiles ( WHITE HORSE ) for the whole house ( existing floor is cement rendered ) including the yard area.
2. To supply and install new floor and wall tiles ( full height ) for the kitchen area ( WHITE HORSE ).
3. To supply and install new floor and wall tiles ( full height ) for the bathroom area ( WHITE HORSE ).

CEILING WORKS
1. To supply and install new ceiling + cornice + downlight at the living area, kitchen, entrance and the circulation area.

CABINETS
1. To suppy and install new kitchen cabinet.
2. To supply and install new wardrobe in the both bedroom. ( FULL HEIGHT )

WINDOW AND GRILL
1. To supply and install new grill for the whole house.
2. To supply and install new sliding window for the living area.

PAINT WORKS

On off the wall in the living area is painted by red color ( ICI color paint ) for the FUTURE WALL...

One of the room being converted to become the dining area...make it more privacy from the living area....

Apple Green ( ICI color paint ) is use for the dining FUTURE WALL...

The entrance for the circulation area between the dining, toilet and all the room...
